The good news is that you really can get through the holidays without gaining weight.  It will take some effort, but you will thank yourself a thousand times when January 1st rolls around and you have no regrets!

Here’s how the challenge works.


For the next six weeks you’ll workout three to four times per week here at Hallmark Bodies Fitness. Our workouts are quick and effective… well under an hour and they’re designed to give you results.


Now, since you’ll be working out it is going to help you keep your metabolism high throughout the entire day so that you can burn even more calories even when you’re not working out.


I’m also going to give you a holiday eating guideline to follow. This is NOT A DIET.

In fact the Zero # Challenge requires you to cheat on your diet and enjoy the holiday foods and snacks that you love.
